VITRIOL ASSEMBLY, S.L. owns and operates NoSpo and owns its original software, design, database structure and own text. Access grants no licence beyond what is needed to use the service.

Videos, marks and third-party content

NoSpo selects and embeds videos published through external providers. Videos, broadcasts, third-party thumbnails, crests, competition logos and marks belong to their respective owners. NoSpo does not acquire ownership of them and is not affiliated with the clubs, competitions or platforms unless expressly stated.

Availability may change because of provider decisions, location or technical restrictions. NoSpo may remove, hide or replace a link when necessary.

Data sent to the server

• Suggestions: message, category, source page, anti-abuse result and request data.
• Voting and community features: selection, requested alias/profile and a pseudonymous guest or account identifier.
• Experience: favourites, watched highlights, progress and queue when synchronisation is used.
• Consent-based analytics: visit, landing page, source, approximate country, language, interaction events and pseudonymous ID.
• Playback and security: match, provider, start/error, technical timing, approximate device/country, network and security logs.
• Existing accounts: email, account ID, username and authentication data. Public registration is currently hidden.

Browser-only data

The browser stores language, Spoilers ON/OFF, continuous playback, account session, favourites, watched items, progress, campaign attribution, internal QA status and the privacy choice. Experience data may be synchronised when that feature is used. Spoilers ON/OFF remains local except for score requests explicitly triggered by the user.

Purposes, legal grounds and retention

Requested features and accounts are processed to provide the service; security, abuse prevention and diagnostics rely on legitimate interests; legal duties are met where applicable; analytics runs only with revocable consent. Accounts remain while active and for relevant legal periods. Preferences and own identifiers expire within one year or when storage is cleared. Suggestions, votes, experience, events and technical logs are retained only as needed for their purpose and legal responsibilities.

Processors and international transfers

Cloudflare provides network, hosting, security and consent-based analytics; Supabase provides authentication and database services; YouTube and Dailymotion provide video players. When a player starts, or when YouTube's privacy-enhanced frame is prepared on a match page, providers may receive technical data under their policies. X is used by the administration to publish NoSpo posts and is not embedded as a public-site tracker. Providers may process data outside the EEA under their applicable transfer safeguards.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, or withdraw consent, at getnospo@gmail.com. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency. No solely automated decision produces legal effects.

Suggestion box privacy

We do not ask for a name or email address. We process the message, category, source page and minimum technical request data to protect the form from abuse and manage the suggestion. VITRIOL ASSEMBLY, S.L. is the controller; the legal bases are legitimate interests in security and handling the request. Cloudflare provides infrastructure and anti-abuse protection. You can exercise the rights in this policy at getnospo@gmail.com.

Cookies and local storage

Necessary items include __Host-nospo_guest for requested guest/community features, nospo_vid for playback diagnostics after using the player and nospo-language for the language choice. With analytics consent, NoSpo also uses __Host-nospo_metrics_v2, nospo_metrics_id_v2 and nospo_acquisition_v2. Browser storage includes nospo-consent-v1, nospo-experience-v1, nospo-spoilers-v1, nospo-continuous-autoplay and nospo-session. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security identifiers. YouTube and Dailymotion may use their technology when their players connect.

You can accept, reject or configure analytics with equal access and later change your choice through Privacy settings.

Access and use

Use NoSpo lawfully. Abusive automation, limit evasion, vote manipulation, access to other accounts and actions that impair security or availability are prohibited. Highlights depend on third parties and may be territorially restricted or unavailable. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Spanish law applies, subject to mandatory rules protecting users where they live.

If the translations differ, the Spanish text prevails only to the extent compatible with the user's mandatory rights.
